Two men, both very sick, being treated in a hospital room. One of them suffered from a disease that required him to sit up in bed for an hour each afternoon to empty the fluid from his lungs. Incidentally, the bed was right on the side of the window the only one in the room.
While the other man should lie flat on his back.
Every day they are conversing for hours. They spoke of their wives and families, homes, jobs, their involvement in the army, and the places they've visited during the holidays.

One morning, the nurse came in with a bowl of warm water for a shower, he found was a man who was lying near the window had died peacefully in his sleep. The nurse became sad and called another nurse to move it to the mortuary. Then the second man asked the nurse that he could be moved to the bed near the window. The nurse was happy to obey his will, and prepared everything. When everything is finished, he left the man alone in the room.
Slowly and in pain, this man forcing himself to wake up, he wants to see the beauty of the outside world through the window. How glad, finally he could see for himself and enjoy all the beauty of it. His heart was tense, slowly he stuck his head in the window next to his bed. What he saw? Apparently, it's a window overlooking a WALL EMPTY !!!
He called out to the nurse and ask what makes a male friend who had died earlier talked as if seeing all the beautiful scenery incredible behind the window. The nurse responded that the man actually was a blind man could not even see the wall though.
"Maybe he wants to give the spirit of life" the nurse said.
