Down Weight Loss, Fat Lost in the Air?

When the weight down people often wonder where the loss of fat? The answer most often heard that fat burning. However, that's not the answer. Fat is lost through the air.

Physicists and Television Presenter Science in Australia, Ruben Meerman try to find out by doing a survey to 150 doctors, nutritionists and physical trainers. The experts were asked their thoughts about what is happening with the current body fat to lose weight.

Answer experts are converted into energy and fat burning, fat turn into muscle, or fat will be removed. But, the answer to all the experts wrong.

Site HuffingtonPost, Friday (12/19/2014) explains, the actual human fat cells consists of triglycerides which are molecules made of carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen. When you metabolize fat in the body, the waste product is released as carbon dioxide while breathing, and the form of water released by the body as urine, sweat, or tears.

Based on the calculation Meerman and Biochemistry Professor Andrew Brown of the University of New South Wales, 84 percent fat lost through breathing, while 16 percent is lost through water.

"Our calculations show the lung is the main excretory organ for fat," wrote Meerman and Brown in his research.

Although the fat disappears from the body through the air, it does not mean you lose weight as easily as breathing. And not also aerobic exercise that makes you breathe will eliminate a lot more fat. According to the authors, their calculations showed physical activity as a weight loss strategy.
