Take a few minutes a day for reflection. Do it in a quiet morning, immediately after waking up. Or in the evening just before go to sleep.
Merenunglah in silence. Do not use the mind to look for a variety of answers. In contemplation we are not looking for an answer. Enough friends with tranquility then we will get clarity of mind.
Answers come from our thoughts are clear. For days we are busy with various things. Realize that our minds need a break.
Not enough just to sleep. We need to sleep in the waking state. Merenunglah and get inner peace.
Mind that used it like soapy water stirred in a glass beaker. The more soap mixed increasingly turbid water. The sooner we tightened vortex stirring. Pondering is stopping mortar. And let the water slowly rotating. Note the soap particles down one by one, touching the bottom of the glass.
Really slowly. Without sound. In fact we were able to hear luruhnya soap particles. Now we get a clear water remaining on the surface. Is not that clear water is able to pass on the light. Likewise with our minds clear.
