8 Foods Mouth Fresheners

a. parsley

b. cinnamon
The presence of cinnamon essential oil is an antiseptic that can kill bacteria that can cause bad breath.
c. cardamom
Contains cineole which has antiseptic properties that can eradicate the bacteria.

4. Yogurt
When have sores in the mouth as in the growth of bacteria that cause tooth makes breath odor. Prebiotics such as yogurt to help overcome it.

5. Vegetables
Broccoli, carrots, cucumbers will reduce the bacterial content of the mouth as it makes the mouth to produce more saliva.

6. Apples
