Inviting Work Stress Disease

Maybe you are kidding ever say could die young because of stressful work. You are not alone. According to the survey, millions of employees say their work makes stress, fatigue, and obesity. Due to problems at work as well, millions of workers admitted they do not eat nutritious food, smoking, drinking a lot of alcohol, and reducing exercise. Many feel working life directs them to an unhealthy lifestyle. The survey was conducted by the British Heart Foundation, who now advises companies to encourage their staff to spend 10 minutes per day to improve their lifestyle. 

As many as 40 percent of workers say, in 5 years the last job they have a negative impact on health. Long working hours caused no time to exercise. It is also recognized almost half of the respondents. Meanwhile, nearly a quarter of them said the work has led them to drink more alcohol. In fact, one out of ten people said work triggers to smoke more. The survey also stated that 60 percent of workers are often unpaid overtime, with two out of ten people work more than five hours of overtime in a week. Representatives of the British Heart Foundation, Lisa Young said, "This survey is a stark reminder of what happens when we do not consider health at work seriously." He continued , millions of people say they smoke more, a little exercise, and weight gain because they do not consider the effect of the work on their health and happiness. "Habits like this can be very dangerous, not only for heart health but also for business. 

Therefore , small steps can give a big change to your health that is working, "said Young. British Heart Foundation contacting companies to join the program "Health at Work" and run for 10 minutes in the "Heart Month Challenge" began February 16. Obesity, lack of physical activity, and smoking can increase the risk of coronary heart disease, which is the most dangerous disease in the UK.
